MR Lumbar Spine+

I am very claustrophobic and my appointment was for an MRI (in a closed MRI machine). The tech, Ivan, had such a calm manner and was so understanding and assured me how easy this would be. I surprisingly was able to feel much less stressed and not at all claustrophobic during the procedure. I would definitely do this again at this facility if an MRI should be required in the future.

I had a screening MRI at SimonMed Imaging. From reception to the MRI team, all were courteous and professional. My scans were done quickly and without discomfort. Thanks for your expertise.

I had an ultrasound of the lymph nodes and thyroid of my neck, as well as an MRI of my brain on the same day. Both the ultrasound technicians and the MRI technicians were absolutely wonderful. They were just as personable as they were professional, and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable while undergoing both procedures. I arrived a little early to my check-in time, which was scheduled a half an hour prior to my appointment time, and they were able to take me in for the procedures a little earlier, which was nice. Prior to being called in for the procedures, I had only waited about 15 minutes. This was my second visit to this Arrowhead location, and both visits have been pleasant and everyone working there are very nice and make you feel like a person, not just a patient with a number. I highly recommend this SimonMed location, not only because the staff is wonderful and professional, but also because this particular location is able to do multiple procedures at this same location, on the same day, which is a great convenience. I will be having to visit this location again in the near future, and I’m glad to say that I actually look forward to my next appointment because I know it will be a pleasant experience and I as a patient will be handled with the utmost care

The ladies at the front desk welcomed me in, But were busy so I took a seat. I had checked in online. So, I waited until they called me up. The young lady was nice. The tech that did my MRI was just as nice and welcoming. His name was Greg. I was already feeling anxious. He did take notice and assured me it’ll be alright. He ran through every detail with me on what to expect. He was not rushing which was great. I was still having a hard time while in the machine. He kept checking in and letting me know how much time was left. I appreciated that. When it was all said and done, I was very happy to have a great tech such as Greg assisting me. It was my first time at this particular location and my first MRI for brain. Great job guys.
