How it works 

1. Choose an enhanced screening

Opt-in to an enhanced screening service during scheduling or check-in.

2. Receive your results

After your exam, access your results and recommended next steps on the Digital Health Platform.

3. Explore or connect

Review at your own pace or connect with a Cascaid Health navigator if you have questions or want help understanding your report.

4. Get help with follow-up

Receive assistance coordinating care if additional steps are recommended. Participation in navigation support is completely optional.

No. Your exam is interpreted by a board-certified SimonMed radiologist, and your doctor remains responsible for your medical care and treatment decisions. Cascaid Health provides additional guidance and support. 

Yes. Your exam is reviewed and interpreted by a board-certified SimonMed radiologist, and your results are delivered through the Digital Health Platform. 

An interactive mobile report and navigation support powered by Cascaid Health are currently available for patients who opt-in to the following enhanced exams*:  

  • Mammogram+ 
  • Mammogram+ Heart 
  • DEXA + TBS 
  • MR Lumbar Spine+ 
  • MR Prostate+
  • Calcium Score+ 
  • CT Bone Density
  • CT Lung+
  • X-ray+ (chest & bone)

*Screening mammogram patients also receive their results on the Digital Health Platform.  

If follow-up is needed, it may be coordinated with your doctor or, in some cases, facilitated by a licensed Cascaid Health provider. 

No. Participation is entirely optional—you choose the level of support that’s right for you. Navigators are available to provide a convenient way to take action on any recommended next steps so you can stay informed and active in your care. 

Yes. Cascaid works in partnership with SimonMed and follows strict, medical standard privacy and security requirements in supporting patient care coordination.
