Cardiovascular Longevity Take control of your heart

Advanced Blood Testing • AI Heart Scan • Cardiology Consult

Heart disease starts decades before a heart attack.

You can feel healthy and still have heart disease. Plaque can build up inside your arteries for years—even decades—before causing symptoms. For many people, the first sign is a heart attack. That’s why we created a first-of-its-kind preventive heart health program, Cardiovascular Longevity.

Don’t wait for symptoms. Know the health of your heart today.

25+ Biomarkers

Go beyond cholesterol.

Measure inflammation, cholesterol particles, lipoproteins, metabolic health and other clinical markers associated with cardiovascular disease.

What’s included

Advanced heart screening

A Coronary CT Angiogram (CCTA) is one of the most advanced, non invasive ways to assess the health of your heart.

It provides a detailed view of your coronary arteries, identifying calcified, non-calcified, and soft plaque that can build up years before symptoms develop.

Using AI-powered plaque analysis, we measure the amount and type of plaque present, assess whether it may be affecting blood flow, and provide a more complete picture of your cardiovascular health.

Why early detection matters

Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States. Nearly half of U.S. adults have some form of cardiovascular disease, and many don’t know it.

Waiting until something feels wrong isn’t prevention.

Cardiovascular Longevity was created to help you understand your heart health. By combining blood biomarkers, advanced heart imaging, and a consultation with a preventive cardiologist, you can identify your risk earlier and make informed decisions about your health.

A CCTA is a non-invasive scan that uses advanced CT technology to create detailed 3D pictures of your heart’s arteries. It shows whether plaque buildup is present and how it may affect your heart health.

After your CCTA scan, our advanced AI Plaque Analysis software creates a 3D model of your arteries. It measures plaque buildup, classifies the type of plaque, and shows whether it may affect blood flow. This gives your doctor clearer, more detailed information to guide the best plan for your heart health.

A calcium score only measures hardened plaque. CCTA with AI Plaque Analysis looks deeper, measuring all types of plaque, including softer plaque that may be more likely to cause a heart attack in the future.

Yes. CCTA is non-invasive and uses a controlled, low dose of radiation and a small amount of dye (IV contrast). Your care team will make sure it’s safe for you before we proceed

Your care team will give you instructions before the scan. You will be asked to avoid caffeine for several hours prior to your scan. Medication may be prescribed for you to take prior to your scan, to help lower your heart rate and to ensure high quality images are obtained.

The CCTA scan itself usually takes around 15 minutes. Your entire visit may take a bit longer to allow for check-in, prep, and recovery.

Cardiovascular Longevity is a preventive screening program designed to identify cardiovascular risk before symptoms develop.

If your assessment identifies findings that require further evaluation, Dr. Brandon Rafison will review the results with you during your consultation, explain what they mean, and discuss the appropriate next steps.

Depending on your results, this may include additional testing, referral to your primary care physician or a cardiovascular specialist, or recommendations for lifestyle changes, medication, or ongoing monitoring.

Our goal is not simply to identify risk. It’s to help you understand your results and leave with a clear plan for what to do next.
