Exclusively 3T MRI

3T MRI is preferred standard for leading academic medical centers and research institutions worldwide for neuro, body, and musculoskeletal imaging.

Faster scanning
With the higher magnetic field strength of 3T MRI, we can obtain sharper images in significantly less time—making your experience smoother and more comfortable.

Superior resolution, clearer images
The higher signal quality of 3T MRI delivers remarkable image detail, allowing for the visualization of sub millimeter abnormalities that are often missed on standard 1.5T scanners.

Enhanced tissue contrast
Critical for distinguishing healthy tissue from areas that may require closer attention—particularly in the brain, prostate, and musculoskeletal system—supporting earlier awareness and more informed decision-making.

SimonMed

There are several places offering a full body MRI scan for those wanting to be pro-active about their health. I chose SimonOne because it’s connection to SimonMed, which has provided great professional services. The service and people as usuall are great, professional, and friendly.

The Technician was wonderful! He told me what to expect during the MRI and covered me to stay warm during the process. He is friendly, considerate, and even though I could detect he had worked long hours, it didn’t stop him from putting the patient first. The process was not as long as I thought it would be. So grateful to Simon Med having professionals working for them!

My husband and I both gifted this full body scan to each other for our birthdays. We could think of no better gift than the gift of peace-of-mind. Not much in life is more important than your health. Scan was easy, safe, and painless.

Most whole-body MRI scans are less than an hour. You’ll be in constant communication with your technologist throughout the scan to ensure you are comfortable.

MRI can reveal soft-tissue injuries, tumors, inflammation, and other changes that may not be visible on X-ray or CT. This may include, depending on which tier you choose:

  • Malignant neoplasms that could be indicative of tumors or early-stage cancers
  • Blood clots, aneurysms, and other related abnormalities
  • Brain changes associated with risk of Alzheimer’s disease
  • Signs of stroke development
  • Liver scarring or fatty liver disease

Yes. MRI uses magnetic fields and radio waves, not radiation making it a safe, non-invasive imaging method suitable for most patients.

Your technologist will be in constant contact during the scan and can pause at any time if you need a break. Many patients find comfort with music or relaxation techniques during the exam.

Yes. Because MRI machines do not use radiation, they are safe for those who have had past medical issues.

However, there are some patients that will not be suited for this technology. Because MRI machines utilize strong magnets, they are not suitable for patients with the following:

  • Implanted pacemakers
  • Intracranial aneurysm clips
  • Cochlear implants
  • Certain prosthetic devices
  • Implanted drug infusion pumps
  • Neurostimulators
  • Bone growth stimulators
  • Certain intrauterine or contraceptive devices
  • Any other type of iron-based metal implants

After your images are reviewed by our board-certified radiologists who specialize in the areas scanned, a SimonMed Advanced Practice Provider will go over your results in a virtual consultation, typically 5-7 days after your scan.

After the consultation, your report and images will be available in the SimonMed Longevity portal. If any urgent findings are detected beforehand, we’ll contact you right away.

All results will be read by a board-certified radiologist.

If you chose a Core MRI Plus, your images will be read by two board-certified radiologists, one that specializes in body and one in neurology.

A SimonMed Advanced Practice Provider will discuss any findings discovered by our physicians and the recommended preventive care plan.

The easiest way to share your exam results is through your SimonMed Longevity portal. Simply log into your account, go to the “My Studies” section, select the study you’d like to share, and click “Share Study.”
